JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews Senate Bill 5, a measure that seeks to modify several provisions relating to abortion. The proposal was given final Missouri Senate passage on Tuesday, thus ending the Second Extraordinary Session of the 99th General Assembly. Senate Bill 5 will become law in late October.
