SB 864 - Under this act, any private employer may grant preference in hiring and promotion to any veteran, spouse of a disabled veteran who has a service-connected permanent and total disability, or to a surviving spouse of a deceased veteran.

This act is substantially similar to HB 1742 (2018), a provision in the truly agreed to SB 573 (2018), and SB 864 (2018).
