Current Bill Summary

SB 911 - Under this act, a fair authority shall not be liable for injury or death to a fair participant or spectator for the transmission of an animal pathogen transmitted on fairgrounds, except if the fair authority fails to post a warning sign. This act requires that such a warning sign be posted, and specifies the form of such sign.
