SCR 44 - This resolution declares youth violence a public health epidemic and supports the establishment of statewide trauma-informed education in schools. Additionally, this resolution makes June 7th of every year "Christopher Harris Day" in Missouri to remember children in St. Louis and throughout the state of Missouri lost to violence.

This resolution is identical to HCR 70 (2018).
