SCR 38 - This resolution recognizes the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument, located at the College of the Ozarks campus, as the official Gold Star Families Memorial Monument of Missouri.

The resolution also urges the Missouri Department of Transportation to create signage indicating the location and direction of the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument and the Missouri Vietnam Veterans Memorial, which is to be paid for by the College of the Ozarks.
