Current Bill Summary

SB 1006 - Current law provides for a yield tax on certain cuttings made on forest croplands. This act repeals such yield tax.

This act is identical to provisions contained in SS/SCS/SBs 627 & 925 (2018) and is substantially similar to HB 2480 (2018).
