SB 1070 - This act provides that when a county commission's income from a cemetery trust fund is not sufficient to support, maintain, and beautify a cemetery, the county commission shall use as much of the principal of the fund as they deem necessary for the support, maintenance, and beautification of the cemetery.

This act is identical to HB 106 (2017).
