JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews Senate Bill 655, a new law that will increase the minimum age for marriage from 15 to 16 years, modify the sex offender registry system and eliminate the statute of limitations for sexual offenses committed against minors. This new law will take effect on Aug. 28.
