JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses Senate Bill 608, a measure that seeks to modify provisions regarding the liability of property owners when criminal conduct occurs on the property. His proposal now goes to the Missouri House of Representatives after receiving Missouri Senate approval. He also talks about Senate Bill 1013, legislation that would authorize sports wagering in Missouri. Senator Hoskins introduced this legislation last week. He also discusses House Bill 1349, which would designate July 7 as “Missouri Sliced Bread Day.” Senator Hoskins will be the Missouri Senate handler for this legislation.
