The court automation fund shall be administered by a Court Automation Committee:
- Chief Justice of the Supreme Court
- Judge from the Court of Appeals
- Four Circuit Judges
- Four Associate Circuit Judges
- Four employees of the Circuit Court
- Two members of the Missouri Bar
- Commissioner of Administration
