JEFFERSON CITY — The full Missouri Senate could begin discussing the Fiscal Year 2018 state operating budget this week. The Missouri Senate Appropriations Committee spent most of last week going through the 13 bills that comprise the state’s spending plan for the upcoming fiscal year.
