JEFFERSON CITY — Several economic development measures remain undecided, with six weeks left in the 2018 legislative session. Among these is Senate Joint Resolution 40, which would let voters decide on a constitutional amendment relating to labor organizations, and Senate Bill 801, legislation that relates to Missouri’s minimum wage.
