JEFFERSON CITY — The first measure to see floor time in the Missouri Senate this session is Senate Bill 564, legislation that would modify provisions relating to public utilities. In the meantime, the Missouri Senate Agriculture, Food Production and Outdoor Resources Committee hears Senate Bill 547, which seeks to modify provisions relating to industrial hemp.
