JEFFERSON CITY — A Missouri Senate-House conference committee only needs one day to review differences between the two chambers’ version of the Fiscal Year 2019 state operating budget. Now, the 13 bills that make up the $28 billion spending plan for the next fiscal year will return to both the Missouri House and Senate for final votes.
