JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews one of the first measures to not only be passed by the Missouri General Assembly this year, but to be signed into law. House Bill 1246 requires the Missouri Department of Public Safety to develop human trafficking hotline posters. The new law will take effect on Aug. 28.
