SB 469 - This act provides, when an appointed wholesaler of wine or distilled spirits receives a shipment, the wholesaler shall verify the following: the quantity of products received, certain products which are shipped in from out of state in accordance with other provisions of law, and that the products are in proper condition for distribution. Also, an appointed wholesaler of wine or distilled spirits shall furnish all shipping invoices to the state supervisor of liquor control upon request. The provisions of this act shall not apply to certain sales identified in this act. CHARLEY MERRIWEATHER
