JEFFERSON CITY — A move to undo part of a new state law has begun. The Missouri Senate Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence Committee hears Senate Bill 786, legislation that seeks to modify provisions relating to “whistle-blower’s” protection for public employees. This measure comes in response to Senate Bill 43, which was passed last year.
