JEFFERSON CITY — After Missouri senators learn of their committee assignments for the 100th General Assembly, those panels can begin hearing legislation. In addition, this week, lawmakers are set to hear the governor’s intention for the Fiscal Year 2020 state operating budget. The annual State of the State will be delivered tomorrow (1/16).
