JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, discusses Senate Bill 9 and Senate Joint Resolution 2, both of which relate to the way Missouri handles impeachment hearings, and Senate Bill 131, legislation that seeks to require the comprehensive state energy plan be reviewed by the Missouri Division of Energy by Jan. 1, 2021, biennially thereafter, and updated if necessary. All of these measures were heard in committee this week.
