JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators discuss Senate Joint Resolution 13, which would — upon voter approval — modify provisions relating to members of the General Assembly, and Senate Concurrent Resolution 14, which would authorize and direct the Office of Administration to execute and deliver a financing agreement for payment of debt service on transportation bonds issued by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. Both of these resolutions have been set aside for future consideration.
