JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators begin the First Extraordinary Session of the First Regular Session of the 100th General Assembly. Senate Bill 1, which would modify a sales tax allowance to allow for a credit for the sale of more than one vehicle, is the only Missouri Senate measure introduced.
