JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews two measures that were unsuccessful during this year’s regular legislative session. Both Senate Bill 155 and House Bill 188 sought to create a statewide prescription drug-monitoring program for our state. Neither proposal made it to the governor’s desk.
