JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Tony Luetkemeyer, R-Parkville, discusses Missouri Senate passage of the state’s operating budget for Fiscal Year 2020; Senate Bill 29, legislation that seeks to extend the sunset on certain health care provider reimbursement allowances; House Bill 397, a measure that would modify provisions relating to the protection of children; Senate Joint Resolution 14 and 9 which — if approved by voters — would modify term limits for various elected public officers; and Senate Bill 327, legislation that would modify several provisions relating to gaming.
