Audio: Sen. Luetkemeyer Discusses Tort Reform Measures

JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Tony Luetkemeyer, R-Parkville, discusses Senate Bill 224, a measure that seeks to modify various Supreme Court rules relating to discovery; Senate Joint Resolution 14 and 9, legislation that would — upon voter approval — modify term limits for various elected public officers; Senate Bill 7, which would modify provisions of civil procedure regarding joinder and venue; Senate Bill 391, legislation that seeks to modify provisions relating to agricultural operations; Senate Concurrent Resolution 24, which urges the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to focus on protecting public health and safety through flood control; and an update on Missouri’s Fiscal Year 2020 operating budget, specifically on how it could benefit the 34th Senatorial District.
