JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri State Sen. Jill Schupp, D-Creve Coeur, met with members of the press corps to discuss the importance of Senate Bill 263. This legislation requires certain health care providers to give information on postpartum depression to new parents, and offer voluntary screenings for new mothers during their regularly scheduled well-woman and well-baby check-ups following pregnancy.
