JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators give preliminary approval to Senate Bill 6, legislation that seeks to modify provisions relating to controlled substances, including the schedules, medical marijuana and criminal provisions involving controlled substances. A second “yes” vote would send this measure to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration.
