JEFFERSON CITY — With an official start time of noon, the First Regular Session of the 100th General Assembly is underway. There are some new leadership members and nine new Missouri senators this year. Committees will soon be put into place and filled, at which point these panels will start discussing legislation that could potentially be heard on the floor of the Missouri Senate.
