JEFFERSON CITY — Prescription drug-monitoring legislation returns to the Missouri Senate. In early February, the Missouri Senate Seniors, Families and Children Committee did not have votes to send Senate Bill 155 to the full Missouri Senate. This changed last week. The measure would establish the Narcotics Control Act.
