JEFFERSON CITY — A couple of new transportation laws are now in effect. Both Senate Bill 222 and Senate Bill 225 became law on Aug. 28. This comes at the same time the 21st Century Missouri Transportation System Task Force is about to complete its mission. We’ve included actualities from Sen.
