JEFFERSON CITY — When Missouri senators return to Jefferson City for this week’s annual veto session, several Missourians will be watching House Committee Bill 3, legislation that focused on funding for vulnerable senior citizens. The measure is one of five that saw a veto. Veto session will start tomorrow (9/13) at noon.
