HCS/HB 1488 - This act provides that in addition to other terms and conditions imposed on a person who has pled guilty to or been found guilty of driving while intoxicated, such person shall complete a victim impact program approved by the court. Such person shall be responsible for any charges imposed by the victim impact program.
