SB 758 - Under current law, the offense of unlawful possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony or a person who is a fugitive from justice is a Class D felony. This act increases the penalty to a Class C felony. These provisions are similar to SS/SB 600 (2020). MARY GRACE BRUNTRAGER
