SB 716 - Currently, the definition of "public entity" as used for waivers of sovereign or governmental tort immunity includes any multistate compact agency. This act modifies the definition to include all employees of such agencies acting in the course and scope of their employment.

This act is identical to SB 389 (2019) and similar to HB 2214 (2020) and HB 1003 (2019).
