JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Mike Cunningham, R-Rogersville, discusses Senate Bill 530, which was discussed by Missouri senators earlier this week. This measure seeks to modify provisions relating to illegal gambling. He also talks about Senate Bill 600, which has been sent to the Missouri House of Representatives for its consideration. This legislation would modify provisions relating to dangerous felonies. Senator Cunningham also discusses Senate Bill 995, which would modify provisions relating to the pre-trial release of a person charged with a bailable offense. He just filed this legislation this week. Also, Sen. Cunningham provides an update on Missouri’s Fiscal Year 2021 budget.
