JEFFERSON CITY — Senate Joint Resolution 38 is now in the Missouri House of Representatives for its consideration. The resolution would ask voters to decide regulating the Legislature to limit the influence of partisan or other special interests. Missouri senators also spend time on Senate Bill 539, which seeks to increase taxes on motor fuels.
