JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews:
- Senate Joint Resolution 38, which would let voters decide provisions regulating the Legislature to limit the influence of partisan or other special interests;
- Senate Bill 524, legislation that would require the Missouri Department of Social Services to apply for a global waiver for MO HealthNet; and
- Senate Bill 597 and Senate Bill 604, both of which would modify provisions relating to the power of eminent domain for utility purposes.
