SJR 3 - This constitutional amendment, if adopted by the voters, affirms the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife. No law, rule, or regulation shall unreasonably restrict hunting, fishing, or harvesting wildlife or the use of traditional devices and methods.

This amendment is similar to HJRs 23 & 38 (2021) and SJR 16 (2021) and substantially similar to SJR 62 (2020), HJR 59 (2020), and HJR 20 (2019).
