SJR 7 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, creates the Department of Military Forces, which shall consist of the Adjutant General and shall administer the militia and any programs relating to military forces. This amendment is identical to SJR 59 (2020) and is similar to SCS/HJR 6 (2021) and HJR 103 (2020).
