Current Bill Summary

SB 165 - This act provides that it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motorcycle or motortricycle to allow any person under eight years of age to ride as a passenger on a motorcycle or motortricycle operated on any highway in this state.

The act shall not apply to the operation of a motorcycle in a parade, caravan, or exhibition which is authorized by law.
