SB 344 - This act specifies that biodiesel blended with motor fuel shall be taxed at a rate of 3 or 6 cents per gallon less than regular motor fuel, depending on the mixture's percent biodiesel content, if the tax on motor fuel becomes greater than 17 cents per gallon.

This act is similar to provisions in HB 694 (2021).
