SB 444 - This act provides that no life insurance company doing business in the state shall deny applications for, or terminate, a policy of life insurance based solely on the applicant's or insured's age.

A violation of this provision shall be an unfair trade practice under the Unfair Trade Practice Act.

This act is identical to SB 990 (2020).
