SB 472 - This act requires health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2022, that provide coverage for prescription contraceptives, as defined in the act, to cover a supply of the contraceptives which is intended to last up to 13 months.

This act is substantially similar to HB 1373 (2021) and SB 346 (2019).
