SB 474 - This act repeals certain requirements for health maintenance organization plans containing deductibles, including with regard to out-of-pocket expenses, the funding of health savings accounts or health reimbursement accounts, and the timing of distributions from the accounts.

This act is substantially similar to HB 1028 (2021).
