SCS/SB 577 - This act authorizes the conveyance of certain state property located in Callaway County. The act also authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to convey land located in Iron County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.

The act authorizes the conveyance of certain state property located in Pike County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.
This provision is identical to SB 600 (2021), HB 731 (2021) and SB 851 (2020).
Finally, the act authorizes the conveyance of certain state property located in the city of Kirksville to the Kirksville R-III School District.
