SS#3/SB 1 - This act extends the sunsets from September 30, 2021, to September 30, 2024, for the Ground Ambulance, Nursing Facility, Medicaid Managed Care Organization, Hospital, Pharmacy, and Intermediate Care Facility for the Intellectually Disabled Federal Reimbursement Allowances.

Additionally, this act excludes from MO HealthNet coverage of family planning services any abortifacient drugs or devices used to induce an abortion.
