SB 6 - This act extends the sunsets from September 30, 2021, to September 30, 2022, for the Ground Ambulance, Nursing Facility, Medicaid Managed Care Organization, Hospital, Pharmacy, and Intermediate Care Facility for the Intellectually Disabled Federal Reimbursement Allowances.

This provision is substantially similar to SB 1 (2021).

This act excludes from eligible MO HealthNet providers any abortion facility or any affiliate or associate thereof.
