SB 475 - This act repeals the requirements that in order for an association to be issued a policy of group health insurance, the association shall have been organized and maintained for purposes other than obtaining health insurance, and that the association shall have been in existence for at least 2 years. This act is identical to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed HCS/SS/SB 6 (2021). ERIC VANDER WEERD
