JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Rick Brattin, R-Harrisonville, discusses Senate Bill 66, legislation that seeks to modify provisions relating to public safety and unlawful assemblies. The measure was heard in the Missouri Senate Judiciary and Civil & Criminal Jurisprudence Committee this week.
