Current Bill Summary

SB 744 - This act specifies that for any person holding a temporary instruction permit to operate a motor vehicle (Section 302.130.9), or for any person holding an intermediate driver's license (Section 302.178.5), no traffic violation for which license points are assessed shall be reduced or amended to any violation for which fewer or no points are assessed.

This act is similar to SB 203 (2021), SB 981 (2020), and HB 1126 (2019).
