SB 889 - This act provides that, upon request, a county auditor in certain counties shall have access to any document pertaining to any account of an executor or administrator of an estate of a decedent in any proceeding of a public administrator. This act is substantially similar to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 1606 (2022) and identical to SB 628 (2021).
